Store Policies:
My item is damaged/defected. What do I do?

Please keep the box and packing material the item came in. If it is a small part, most likely we can handle that through shipping so be prepared to make sure we know the part you need. If it is a large part, we will have to pick up the entire item (box and packing material) to replace it. We must be notified of any problems within 3 days of you receiving your item(s).
Exchanges/Refunds?

At this time we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please be sure you are committed to the purchase before buying.
Are your prices negotiable?
- The prices that are listed on our site are a fixed price. The items that we sell are good quality items for a good price, therefore there will be no negotiating.
Do you ship?
-
At this time we do not ship our products. You can view what we do ship on eBay under user ID furniture*queen. The items listed on eBay are items that can ship via UPS ground, therefore 90% of what is on our website is not on eBay. In the future, we will be shipping our larger items, so please check back often.
How much is Delivery?
- At this time, we do not ship any products. We only deliver in the Houston and surrounding areas.
- Delivery is based on zip code. The chart below only has delivery rates for zip codes starting with 77 _ _ _. If you are outside of the Houston area or the 77 zip codes below, please call for a special quote with your zip code available. We do not deliver outside of Texas.
- Delivery is also based on the price to your door step. We do not assemble the furniture.
The zip codes below are in order from low to high. Please find your zip code to see the delivery price to your location. You will be charged this rate during checkout if you want delivery. If you would like to pick up your item, the charge is $0.00.

When will my item be delivered?

Once the order is complete, a convenient time for both you and Furniture Queen will be negotiated. When asked for your phone number, please enter a good number for us to contact you to discuss a delivery time. Please be advised, once there is a set delivery time and no one is available to accept the package at that time, there will be an additional delivery charge added to your total for re-delivery. We will deliver within 7 days of the order being placed unless an item is out of stock and at that time we will discuss whether you would like to cancel the order or wait.
I want to pick up my item? How does that work?
- There is no charge if you are willing to pick up your item(s). Please be sure to select this option when you are checking out, so you are not charged for delivery. We will call you when your item is available for pick up as well as provide directions to our location and set up a time for you to come pick up your item. Once payment is received, your item(s) will be available within 7 business days for pick up.
