My item is damaged/defected. What do I do?

Please keep the box and packing material the item came in. If it is a small part, most likely we can handle that through shipping so be prepared to make sure we know the part you need. If it is a large part, we will need the entire item (box and packing material) to replace it. We must be notified of any problems within 3 days of you receiving your item(s).

Exchanges/Refunds

At this time we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Please be sure you are committed to the purchase before buying.

Are your prices negotiable?

The items that we sell are good quality items for a good price, therefore there will be no negotiating.

Do you Ship/Deliver your merchandise?
